Oppiplaas Music Festival 2019 at Badplaas, a Forever Resort

• 100% ticket payment is required at the time of booking.
• No refunds will be provided on failure to attend an event.
• Risk for loss and damage to the tickets shall pass to you upon your receipt thereof. Tickets that have been lost, stolen or destroyed will not be refunded or replaced for any reason.
• Every reasonable effort will be made to adhere to the event programme as advertised, however, Badplaas, A Forever Resort reserves the right to make changes to any event, including the dates, times, content and the programme.
• Badplaas, A Forever Resort reserves their right to admission.
• Badplaas, a Forever Resort does not accept responsibility for accident, injury, or loss suffered while attending an event.
• No pets are allowed - with the exception of guide dogs at the event.
• No dangerous goods and any other items by management to be dangerous or capable of causing a public nuisance will be allowed at the event.
• Smoking is not permitted inside tented seating area, including e-cigarettes and hookahs.
• Please note that CCTV and film cameras may be present at the Event. By purchasing Tickets and attending the Event, you consent to being filmed, photographed, videotaped, or otherwise recorded, and that your name, voice and likeliness may be broadcasted, displayed or distributed (commercial or otherwise).
• To the fullest extent possible in law, we do not accept liability for:
  • any errors relating to the location of your seat or standing place relative to the stage as indicated on the seating plan prepared for the event; or
  • the quality of the view from your seat or standing place; or
  • any problems relating to the adequacy of traffic control to and from the event; or
  • the lack of or inadequacy of food and beverages at the event; or
  • the quality of sound and lighting at the Event; or
  • the quality of any services provided by independent contractors at the event.
• No reserving of tables before the gates open will be allowed. Strictly first come first serve.
• Any extras are for your own account.
• No alcohol is to be served to minors/people under the age of 18, if you appear to be under the age of 18 you may be asked for proof of age.
• No Halaal food options available.
• In case of emergency please follow instructions and directions from Badplaas staff and/or security officials only.
• If you wish to make a complaint, please notify a member of the Badplaas team immediately. The Badplaas team will take responsibility to find a speedy and satisfactory solution. In the event that you are not satisfied with the solution, please put this in writing to badplaaspa@foreversa.co.za.
