Limpopo Qualifier Race

• Online entries closes Wednesday 2 August 2023 at midnight.
• Late entries will also be done at venue.
• Goody bags for the first 400 entries
• CSA License applies - R50 for the 75km and 35km races.

CSA Sanctioned Event

A Cycling South Africa membership license is required if you want to ride in the 35km or 75km race. Please supply your CSA number in the registration when prompt to. If you don't have a CSA license you will be charge a day license fee of R50. Please visit www.cyclingsa.com for more information.

Route Description:

2km Kiddies Fun Ride

This is the kiddies fun ride.

15km MTB Fun Ride

The 15km route will have options for less experienced cyclists and is in a safe environment with assistance on the route for the younger riders.

35km MTB Race:

This is a Sanctioned Limpopo Cycling event.

The 35km route is the same route as in 2022! No single tracks or switch backs on either route.

75km MTB Race:

This is a Sanctioned Limpopo Cycling event.

Exciting new 75/80km route being finalised!!! This route changed significantly from 2022 and is now less technical and less challenging (with regard to loose stones; hills & sand). The new route circles through a Nature Reserve on farm roads with the most spectacular bushveld scenery.

• In order to create a safe and enjoyable venue for everyone who has entered, it is very important that all the Rules & Regulations strictly be adhered to when entering the Trails. Failure to adhere to the Rules & Regulations will result in the forfeiting your ride.
• The Venue, Trail operators, Employees and Companies involved can not be held liable for any Injury, Sickness, Theft or Loss occurred before, during or after entering the Venue.
• All riders (35km & 75km) must have a valid license.
• A day license must be purchased for R50 if you do not have one.
• All riders must wear protective headgear AT ALL TIMES. Failure may result in disqualification and or penalty.
• All CSA rules apply. Please go to www.cyclingsa.com to update yourself. Ignorance of any rule will not be accepted as an excuse for any transgression.
• All announcements and instructions made on Race day by the race director are binding.
• All queries regarding the results must be lodged with the time keepers within 30min after results are made available on race day.
• No race number, No result.

Prizes will be awarded in the following categories:

• Under 12: 10km only.
• Sub Juniors: only up to 35km.
• Over 70: advised not to ride the 75km.
